The British Ambassador H.E. Jan Thompson visited the Pilsen Region on August 3,2017. After experiencing the atmosphere and space of DEPO 2015, a place where culture meets with business, she met with the Vice President of the Pilsen Region Marcela Krejsová at the Regional Authority. Culture and cultural events such as the Baroque Festival, Chodsko Folk Festival or Pilsen Theater Festival were introduced to the British Ambassador. Moreover, other important topics such as health care, recently low unemployment in the Pilsen Region as well as landmark preservation were discussed. At the end of the visit at the Regional Authority, H. E. Jan Thompson signed a memory book and received cutt glass from the Annín glass factory.
