A delegation from the Pilsen Region headed by President of the Region Josef Bernard honoured the memory of the fallen legionnaires in Italy. The President and his Vice-presidents Marcela Krejsová and Pavel Čížek participated in the pious acts together with the members of the Regional Children and Youth Parliament of the Pilsen Region.

At the weekend, the regional delegation and the students honoured the memory of Antonín Štorch and Leopold Jeřábek in Riva, Italy. The program of the visit to the Trento Region, where the Czech legionnaires fought, included a climb to Doss Alto, which was a scene of a bloody fight during World War I. The President climbed Doss Alto along with the students, the Alpini and the members of the Czech Legionary Community.

The festive memorial was held on Sunday, September 23, 2018, when the members of the council visited the ossuary in the village of Rovereto, where they placed wreaths in memory of the fallen. The act was followed by main program, which began with the Mass at the church in Arco and followed with a procession from there to the new statue of St. Wenceslas and to the memorial of the executed Czechoslovak legionnaires. Antonín Ježek, Karel Nováček, Jiří Schlegl and Václav Svoboda were executed there on 22 September, 1918. Both Sunday rituals were also attended by Lubomir Metnar, Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic.
