On 20 December 2021, Pilsen Region Assembly approved changes to its bodies.
It took note of the resignation of Rudolf Salvetr, the current Vice President for Education and Sport, and appointed Radka Trylčová as the new Vice President of the Pilsen Region. Prior to her appointment as a regional councillor, she resigned as Chair of the Committee for the Environment, Agriculture and European Affairs. Rudolf Salvetr was newly appointed Chair of the Committee by the decision of the Regional Assembly members.
Michaela Opltová, Chair of the Committee for Regional Development, left the Regional Assembly after her election to the Czech Parliament. On 20 December, Jan Vavřička, Regional Assembly member for STAN, Zelení, PRO PLZEŇ and Mayor of Pačejov, was newly appointed Chair of the Committee.
Pavel Čížek, Vice President for Transportation, became the statutory representative of the President of the Region.
